FAQs: Making Authority Index Changes Retroactive
To apply authority index changes to existing bibliographic records, run the following reports:

| 3 | Rebuild Text Database (Rebuildtext) |
Depending on the size of your bibliographic databases and speed of your server, running these reports can take a number of hours. Libraries usually schedule “down time” when running these reports.
