Lyngsoe IMMS Mapping Wizard
The Lyngsoe IMMS Mapping policy is used to map particular fields from the Lyngsoe Intelligent Material Management System™ (IMMS) to item categories or item type in SirsiDynix Symphony. This policy also defines which libraries in Symphony are defined as Media Hotel libraries in IMMS.
This policy supports the SirsiDynix Symphony and Lyngsoe IMMS interface. For more information about this interface, see Getting Started with the Lyngsoe Intelligent Material Management System Interface.
The Symphony and Lyngsoe IMMS interface is a system configurable option; this wizard is only available if SirsiDynix has made it available to your library system. Contact your sales representative if you want to use the Lyngsoe IMMS interface.
For information about the IMMS concepts referred to in this topic, consult the Intelligent Material Management System documentation at https://lyngsoe-imms.com/docs/en_US/.
