Extract Tab for Entries
If your library system has the Lyngsoe Intelligent Material Management Systemâ„¢ (IMMS) Interface configured, you need to specify the MARC (or other format) record data that IMMS can use to create its bibliographic information requests.
The SirsiDynix Symphony and Lyngsoe IMMS interface is a system configurable option; this feature is only available if SirsiDynix has made it available to your library system. Contact your sales representative if you want to use the Lyngsoe IMMS interface.

Extract Variation Type
This attribute specifies the type of IMMS data being mapped. Select from the following options:

This attribute specifies the precedence ranking of an extract variation and, when used in conjunction with the Extract Variation Type, is used by SirsiDynix Symphony to determine which record tag should be used to populate the IMMS data point that corresponds to the Extract Variation Type.
Indicator 1
This attribute specifies the indicator value thatSirsiDynix Symphonyuses to match an extract variation.
Indicator 2
This attribute specifies the indicator value that SirsiDynix Symphonyuses to match an extract variation.
Subfields
This attribute specifies which subfields to use to extract data. The available subfields change based on the value of the Extract Variation Type attribute. Use the Display Subfields gadget to select applicable subfields.
Classification Type
This attribute specifies the Classification policy associated with the selected extract variation. This field becomes available when the Extract Variation Type is IMMS_CLASS.
