These signature pad devices are only compatible with Windows workstations.
There is some configuration required on your workstation before you can use a signature pad device to add signatures to user records.
The WorkFlows signature pad functionality is compatible with the following signature pad devices:
| • | Topaz SignatureGem LCD 1x5 (model number T-L462-HSB-R) |
| • | Topaz SignatureGem LCD 1x5 (model number T-LBK462 -HSB-R) |
These signature pad devices are only compatible with Windows workstations.
To configure a signature pad device
| 1 | In an Internet browser, download and run the installer at http://www.topazsystems.com/Software/sigplusjavac1.exe. |
| 2 | Plug the signature pad device into an available USB port. |
| 3 | Close and reopen WorkFlows. |
Your signature pad device is now ready to use at the workstation.
