Remove Pending Shipping Item HelperRemove Pending Shipping Item HelperThe Remove Pending Shipping Item helper is located on the Exchange Items wizard and is used to remove items that have a status of Pending Shipping prior to being exchanged. You can use this helper to remove items from sets or boxed sets.
| 1 | Go to the Exchange Items wizard and click the Remove Pending Item helper. |
| 2 | Under the Remove Item tab, scan the Item ID in the Item ID field or use the User Search helper to locate the item. |
| 3 | If you want all items in the set to be removed, select the Include Items in Set check box. |
| 4 | Click Remove to remove the items from the set or click Close to close this helper. |
To remove Boxed Sets, click the Remove Boxed Sets tab.
| 1 | Type in the Set ID you want to remove. |
| 2 | Click Remove to remove the set or click Close to exit this helper. |
