View Suggestion Notice Reports Helper View Suggestion Notice Reports HelperThe View Suggestion Notice Report Helper allows you to view the Suggestion Notice report while in the Collection Exchange Module without having to access the Reports Toolbar.
The View Suggestion Notice Reports helper allows you to view, print or email the Suggestion Notice report after it has finished running.
The View Suggestion Notice Reports helper only displays Suggestion Notice reports that are on the finished reports that are owned by the workstation login.
To view a Suggestion Notice report
| 1 | On the Activate Exchange Libraries wizard screen, click the View Suggestion Notice Report helper. |
| 2 | Verify the report session settings and click OK. |
| 3 | On the Format Options screen, click OK. |
| 4 | A list of Suggestion Notice reports display on the Display Finished Reports window. |
| 5 | Select one of the reports and click one of buttons to print, email, view or remove the reports. |
| 6 | Click Close to exit the helper. |
This helper can be activated or deactivated on the Activate Exchange Libraries Properties page.
The finished reports list will be filtered for the user when accessed via this helper. The only reports presented to the user are reports with Suggestion in the name and reports owned by the workstation login
