These delivered policies should not be removed.

DEFAULT	Rule used if specific combination is not defined
LIB-USE	Materials checked out to library department
LIBTRANSIT	Any item may be charged to intransit user for ILL
LOST	Material checked out to LOST
MISSING	Material checked out to MISSING
LOSTCARD	Lost user card
RESERVEDESK	Map used in operation of reserve desk
