When the Send Notices Automatically check box is selected in the Report Session wizard, notices produced by reports can be emailed to users when the report finishes. The options for Recipients under View, Print, or Email Finished Notice Reports determine which users receive notices produced by finished reports.

The Recipients option applies only to reports that produce notices, such as bill and overdue notices reports.
The email address of the user to receive the notices must be defined in the EMAIL field in the primary address in the user record.
The Allow Emailing of Notices check box must be selected in the Report wizard for the Send Notices Automatically and Recipients options to be used effectively.
Selecting All automatically sends email notices to users who have an email address in the EMAIL field of the primary address of their user records.
Only Those With Email Addresses
Selecting Only Those with Email Addresses automatically sends email notices to users have an email address in the EMAIL field of the primary address of their user records. No paper notices are produced for users who do not have email addresses in their user records.
Only Those Without Email Addresses
Selecting Only Those without Email Addresses automatically prints paper notices only for those users who do not have an email address in the EMAIL field of the primary address of their user records.
Note: To send email notices to all users who have email addresses and print notices to those who do not have email addresses, you should select the Only Those Without Email Addresses session setting, then choose to automatically send email notices to patrons when you schedule the report. The email notices will be sent, and when you access the finished report and print out the notices, the setting to only view those without email addresses will be correctly saved.
