The Display Subfields gadget provides a graphic alternative for entering subfields to include in the display and indexing of an entry ID.
To use this gadget, follow these steps.
| 1 | Click an entry tab, such as the Browse tab. |
| 2 | In the Subfields box, click the Display Subfields gadget. |
| 3 | Click All to include all subfields. |
| 4 | Or, click Include or Exclude, then select check boxes for the subfields you want to include or exclude. |
| 5 | Click OK. |
The list of subfields to choose from is totally dependent on what is defined in the Valid Subfields attribute in the Basic tab of an entry.
