Click Yes to remove the parent resource and all children or click No to return to the Resource Manager window. Deleted image files are placed in the Trashsite in a Trashbin with the current date as its name.

Delete Selected Images from a Resource

When multiple media files are associated with a resource, you can delete a range of image files from the resource. Do the following to delete a range of image files associated with a resource.

Type the range of images for Image Range, as follows.

Are you sure you want to delete the selected images?

Click Yes to remove the images or click No to return to the Resource Manager window. Deleted image files are placed in the Trashsite in a Trashbin with the current date as its name.

Deleting a range of images deletes all images at and below the highlighted resource, but leaves the metadata.

When an image range is renumbered, the remaining images are collapsed numerically. For instance, an article has pages numbered 1 through 15. If pages 1 through 5 were deleted, the article would now show page 6 as page 1, and page 15 now would be page 10. Likewise, if pages 6 through 10 were deleted, page 11 would now be page 6, and page 15 would be page 10.
