In Hyperion, the Advanced Search helper is used to conduct a complex form of search, with expanded search criteria options and operands. In particular, you are able to limit your search to a particular Resource Type, search on extended resource attributes, and combine multiple searches. Up to three rows of information can be included to narrow your search using the Boolean operators.
1 | Type or select a Resource Type. |
2 | In the Field to Search box, type or select an extended attribute. The values that display are based on the format associated with the type of resource selected in the Resource Type selection. |
3 | Type a Search Term. |
4 | Type or select a boolean Operator. Options are AND, NOT, and OR. |
5 | Enter additional Resource Type, Field to Search, Search Term, and Operator selections, as required. |
6 | Click Search to search the data. |
The Search Results List displays below where you entered your advanced search and lists results in groups of ten.
